Someone Cares links a local church to their local hospital chaplaincy service to help provide emotional, practical, and spiritual support to patients, their families and the wider hospital community. I partnered with Someone Cares to provide a fresh rebrand and new website development to facilitate plans to take replicate their project up and down the country.
